Franco-Brazilian Working Group on Defense Policy and Strategy
Created within the framework of the partnership with the Faculty of Law at the University of São Paulo, this working group aims to explore the possibilities of partnership between France and Brazil, in the field of defense policy, technological and scientific cooperation, to deepen the Strategic Partnership signed in 2008 by Nicolas Sarkozy and Lula.
The first mission of this research project is to bring together researchers, industrialists, political decision-makers, and operational staff from both countries. The aim of this transatlantic strategic foresight forum is to broaden strategic thinking and raise awareness of the challenges of collaboration between Brazil, France, and, more broadly, the NATO member countries.
